Yes, if you ask within 7 days of a charge and haven’t used any of the credits it added. We refund that charge minus the payment processing fees and remove those credits. Email support@copyrightchecker.org from the address on your account.
You can cancel Creator or Pro at any time in your account settings. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, no further renewals are charged, and you keep the credits already added.
No. Credits you buy, or get with a subscription, currently don’t expire, and unused credits carry over to the next period.
One credit scans 12 seconds of audio, so a 30-minute video uses 150 credits, which is what the $4.99 Single scan includes. You see the cost before a scan starts.
The credits it used go straight back to your balance, automatically, with no need to contact us. A scan that finishes isn’t refunded because of what it found or didn’t find.
